I’m a bit nervous making this post BUUT I just found the motivation to get back in the gym (sahm of 2 kids) & I wanted to get some gym advice on what workouts I could to to get in better shape… ie slim/tone my arms, get rid of my little belly pooch, get more a round glute shape bc I feel like it looks a bit squared from the back

I’ve lost 12lbs already so that’s nice but still very insecure about my weight since I know I still have a bit more to lose so no mean comments pls
