I’ve had this problem for a long time where I’m always overweight in my lower abdomen and it doesn’t really go away.

Do you have any tips, tricks, or anything I can do to reduce it?

Yeah, you can’t really see it in the picture.

I don’t want to do that to you while you’re standing.
